We are looking for an entry-level PHP developer. Initially, this will involve working on internal systems used by our team. There is room to scale, as your skills grow, into work that affects our product systems.

This opportunity requires an ability and desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to get your hands dirty. The various projects involved in this role will all be versioned through git and managed via Jira. Other technologies that you should be familiar with include HTML, CSS, and SQL.

We'd love to meet a person with an insatiable curiosity that is organized, communicative, and is eager to be involved in our business and industry. An ability to adapt and work through ambiguous situations is key.

Additional skills that are nice to have

• WordPress, Magento, etc. development is very helpful (not just theme customizations)
• XML
• OOP with C#, Java, or the like
• Modern JavaScript libraries

We have various needs for a high-level JavaScript developer in different areas of our business.

Primarily, you will be working with Node/Deno, TypeScript, npm(of course), as well as related technologies like JSON, HTML Canvas and SVG on the front-end, and SQL on the back. Experience with PHP scripting is a big plus.

Your work will vary in scope from internal systems for our team, to our client-facing web app, and R&D assignments. A lot of these assignments are ambiguous in nature, so you will need to have the capability of architecting solutions while navigating an uncertain landscape.

The right candidate will have:

• Experience with these technologies to the point of having formed their own opinions about benefits, drawbacks, and alternative solutions
• An entrpreneurial approach to problem solving at the highest level possible
• Consideration for timely solutions that maintain scalability and longevity
• Experience with Express.js or similar is a plus

We are looking for an experienced C# desktop application developer to help design and implement new features, as well as current feature maintenance, within a well-established platform. Experience with real-time data processing and large codebases will be needed. This project requires an ability to carry an idea through the full SDLC from concept to reality with little guidance.

The software mostly consists of C# windows forms that connect to a real-time data stream and MariaDB servers.

You will be developing client-side C# code within Visual Studio and committing changes through git, all while communicating your progress and implementations to reports via Jira. We are looking for someone with the foresight to build sustainable, reusable code whenever applicable.

Looking for an experienced systems administrator to manage our growing server infrastructure at Trade-Ideas, the industry leader in stock market data and alerting.

Our environment consists of several Linux and a few Windows servers in a data center with tens of thousands of simultaneous connections from users. Experience in an AWS environment is also helpful.

Important pieces of our environment include several servers running custom C++ code on Linux, a single master MySql database environment, several web servers running Apache, and more. Experience with multi-master database systems would be preferred.

The right candidate will have strong knowledge of best practices for managing large networked server environments with great scripting skills.

You should be familiar with administration tools like Ansible, VMWare, and monitoring via a tool like Munin or Prometheus. Experience in architecting CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
